John Rosen

John Rosen is a Managing Partner of Fractal Holdings and serves as the company’s CEO. John is responsible for the execution of the business and operational plans of the company. He joined Fractal in January 2023, applying his expertise from an extensive career in the hospitality industry, a business that relies on people, the development of exceptional teams, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service – characteristics that all Fractal businesses are built upon.

Mr. Rosen founded and continues to serve as President of Wexford Lodging, a prominent hotel investment, development and advisory firm which is an affiliate of Fractal. Under his leadership, the company acquired or oversaw a national portfolio of hotels valued at over $1 billion, including iconic properties such as Terranea in Southern California, The Standard High Line in New York City, and Cliff House in Ogunquit, Maine.

Prior to founding Wexford, John held the role of Managing Director at Rockbridge, a private equity investment management firm. In this capacity, he managed a diverse portfolio of hotel investments with a total asset value exceeding $2 billion.

A native of San Francisco, John graduated with distinction from the University of Houston’s Hilton School of Hotel & Restaurant Management. He is deeply committed to charitable and community organizations, notably serving as a team captain for Pelotonia, one of the nation’s largest charity bike rides held annually in Columbus, Ohio. John and his wife, Brookly, are proud parents of two sons, Layton and Matthew.
