Carlos Skertchly is a Managing Partner and Co-Chair of Fractal Holdings. Together with Jay, Carlos is responsible for the strategic direction and business development of the company.

Carlos is also a Strategic Partner of Trinity Investors, a Dallas-Fort Worth, TX based investment company with approximately $7 billion in assets under management that focuses on investing in a wide range of operating companies and real estate opportunities throughout the U.S. In this capacity, he advises and raises equity and debt from high net worth individuals and institutional investors to fund Trinity investments. Carlos was also formerly Portfolio Manager (Hospitality), and a member of both the Special Asset and Executive Committees for Trinity. In this capacity, he oversaw a portfolio of hotel investments with a total asset value over $500 million.

Before his role with Trinity, Carlos founded Bexa Capital Group, which specialized in acquiring and financing hospitality assets, and was an analyst for AllianceBernstein (NYSE: AB).

Carlos lives in Colleyville, TX (a suburb of Dallas-Fort Worth) with his wife, Jordan, and their three children – Sasha, Xavier, and Luca.
